Mr. Bereznoff joined the Zamler firm after relinquishing his partnership with the Detroit insurance defense firm of Schureman, Frakes, Glass and Wulfmeier in 1986. 

Mr. Bereznoff sits on the executive board of the Michigan Association for Justice and is the past president of the Rochester Bar Association.  Mr Bereznoff has been very active as a mentor to at risk children and has donated his time to various charitable organizations.

  • Cynthia McFadden and the "NIGHTLINE"  crew highlighted one of Bereznoff & Little's cases which  raised a very important women's public health issue.  In an on-air interview, Mr. Bereznoff commented on Judy Valencia's  misdiagnosis of breast cancer due to negligence in the interpretation of her biopsy, with tragic consequences.  Estimates are that as many as 10,000 patients have suffered Judy's fate.
