Stuart L. Goldenberg is the senior partner and president of GoldenbergLaw, PLLC.
An attorney since 1984, he has practiced in state and federal courts throughout the country exclusively in the areas of drug and device mass tort, personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice and insurance law. He is board certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a state and national Civil Trial Specialist. Stuart is a passionate advocate for his clients.
A graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, Stuart founded his law firm in 1986 with the belief that injury law should be practiced with client service and dignity. Since then he has handled some of the largest personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability cases in the state, including cases involving wrongful death, brain injury and injuries causing paralysis. Stuart has led or helped to lead drug and device cases around the country. For his success in winning million- and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients, Stuart has been elected to the Million-Dollar Advocates Forum.
Among his pro bono work, Stuart served as a volunteer attorney for victims of the I-35W bridge collapse and victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
