As a partner at Hansen Dordell in St. Paul, Minnesota, Frederick E. Kaiser is devoted to helping injured workers secure workers’ compensation benefits. He has an extensive background working as an attorney for an insurance company, which gives him insight into how the process works. By applying his experience and knowledge, Mr. Kaiser has successfully helped clients in Minnesota, including those in the Twin Cities area and Ramsey, Hennepin and Anoka counties.
Mr. Kaiser has always had an interest in law. In college, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from St. Cloud State University in 1972, after serving as an intern to Minnesota Senator Hubert Humphrey. He then pursued a law degree, graduating with a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1975.
As a qualified neutral mediator, Mr. Kaiser understands how to help clients find the most efficient solution possible. Dragging out a case can mean that injured parties go without benefits for an extended period. Working quickly and thoroughly, Mr. Kaiser has been able to get people the funds they need and overcome denials of benefits.
In order to best serve those he represents, Mr. Kaiser is involved with legal groups such as the American Bar Association, the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, the Ramsey County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. These professional organizations provide Mr. Kaiser the opportunity to speak with peers about new ways to deliver outstanding representation.
When he is not serving clients, Mr. Kaiser enjoys fishing and has proudly caught a freshwater fish that weighed in at more than 50 pounds.
