As an partner at Johnson Becker, PLLC, Jake R. Jagdfeld represents the rights of people in Minnesota and nationally. He commits his practice to handling personal injury and wrongful death cases involving the following matters: workplace accidents, construction site accidents, workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, disability insurance claims, Traumatic Servicemembers Group Life Insurance (TSGLI) benefits, and VA disability claims.
While earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Minnesota, Mr. Jagdfeld volunteered his time with a U.S. Senator Paul Wellstone as a Congressional intern providing consitutent services. Upon graduation, Mr. Jagdfeld went to the William Mitchell College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2008. A member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Mr. Jagdfeld is admitted to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Litigating on behalf of victims requires an attorney who has a firm grasp of personal injury law. Mr. Jagdfeld has extensive experience with the regulations that govern workers' compensation, trucking safety policies and seeking compensation through third-party claims. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been honored in Top 40 under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers.
Sharing his experiences with others, Mr. Jagdfeld contributes to teaching CLE courses, and is on the Board of Governor with the Minnesota Association for Justice. Mr. Jagdfeld holds memberships with the American Association for Justice, the Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Assocaition, and National Organization of Veterans Advocates.
