Heidi Doerhoff Vollet's practice focuses on complex business and governmental-issues litigation and appellate matters, particularly those involving state and federal constitutional issues. She has extensive experience representing a variety of litigants in both federal and state court, from state governmental and political entities, large businesses and law firms to individuals who have suffered loss or were otherwise wronged.
She clerked for the Honorable William H. Rehnquist, Chief Justice of the United States, during the October 2001 term of the United States Supreme Court and for the Honorable John R. Gibson, U.S. Judge for the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, from 2000 to 2001. From 2002 until 2005, she practiced in the Washington, D.C. office of Covington & Burling. She served as counsel to Chief Deputy in the Missouri Attorney General's office from 2005 through 2009.
She is AV-rated and is active in the Missouri Bar and in her community, particularly with pro bono matters.
