Esther A. Daniel is the founder and sole attorney of her law office in Brick, New Jersey. She represents clients throughout New Jersey in family law and domestic issues such as contested and collaborative divorce, spousal support, child custody, elder law, estate planning and general civil litigation, including personal injury actions and landlord-tenant disputes. Ms. Daniel also provides defense counsel to clients who have been charged with driving while intoxicated and other traffic offenses.
After earning her undergraduate degree at Ramapo College of New Jersey, Ms. Daniel attended New York Law School and received her law degree in 2003. While in law school, she clerked for the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office and for a judge of the Ocean County Superior Court. She also volunteered at the Brick Township Municipal Court and the Monmouth County Superior Court. Ms. Daniel is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York.
Highly regarded by her peers, Ms. Daniel has been awarded an AV-Preeminent* rating by Martindale-Hubbell in recognition of her successful track record and high ethical standards. In 2012, Inside Jersey magazine named her a "Top Legal Mind" and included her as one of the state's Women Leaders in the Law.
A member of the Ocean Monmouth Family Law American Inn of Court, Ms. Daniel is an active participant in other professional organizations as well. She is a member of the Ocean County Bar Association, where she serves on its Family Law Committee, she is a Early Settlement Panelist for Divorce matters, she teaches the mandatory Praent Education Workshop . She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
