Rosemarie Arnold

Named a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Rosemarie Arnold is also the founder and managing partner of the Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold. She represents clients in New York and Fort Lee, New Jersey, in legal matters of personal injury, specifically cases of premises liability, products liability, wrongful death and motor vehicle accidents. With 100 percent of her practice devoted to litigation, she is not afraid to go the distance to get the compensation her clients deserve.

Ms. Arnold is a member of the American Association for Justice, the State Bar of Nevada, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association, and she is a barrister for the Morris Pashman American Inn of Court. Admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Nevada, she has over 30 years of experience, is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Club, and sits on the board of trustees for the Leonard Melfi Foundation and the Rebeka Vera Foundation.

After graduating from State University of New York with a Bachelor of Science in 1983, she went on to earn a Juris Doctor in 1986 from Brooklyn Law School. Ms. Arnold is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States District Court of New Jersey.

She has been named Woman of the Year by the Bergen County Chapter of Girl Scouts of America, one of the top women attorneys in metropolitan New York and New Jersey by The New York Times and works closely with sexual abuse victims and has achieved extraordinary results for them.
