Attorney James B. Seplowitz is a partner at the Hackensack law firm of Foy & Seplowitz LLC. Mr. Seplowitz began his legal career in 2003 after earning his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University and his approval to practice law in New Jersey. In 2004, New York state granted him approval to practice in its courtrooms. In addition, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court have approved him to practice in their courtrooms.

Thanks to attorney Seplowitz's many courtroom successes, he has earned a reputation as a lawyer with extensive knowledge of criminal law. As a result, he is a regular guest speaker at legal functions, and he has written several articles for various publications.
