Employment cases that he has litigated have involved sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts in sociology with departmental honors from Johns Hopkins University, Mr. Hyderally attended UC Berkeley School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1993. Admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Supreme Court. Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Hyderally worked as a trial attorney with the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps.

An active participant in a variety of legal organizations, Mr. Hyderally is a member of the Section of Labor and Employment Law of the American Bar Association and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
