Philip D. Neuer has an excellent track record of guiding his clients through complex transactions and legal battles. Mr. Neuer is also an executive officer and general counsel for a group of textile manufacturing companies.
Mr. Neuer graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1976 with a Juris Doctor. He also served in the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged.
