As a managing partner at Little, Gilman-Tepper & Batley, P.A., Sandra Morgan Little handles family law cases that involve complex and high-asset divorce. A native of New Mexico, she works with people in Albuquerque and across the state, and she has taken hundreds of cases to court in order to protect her clients.
In 1975, Ms. Little received a Bachelor of Arts from New Mexico State University. She then earned a Juris Doctor in 1978 from The University of New Mexico School of Law.
Having more than 35 years of experience enables Ms. Little to take on even the most complicated issues. Though she is known for her litigation skills, she recognizes that moving toward settlement is often in her client's best interests. Ms. Little is a certified family law specialist through the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization, as well as a trained collaborative attorney.
Thanks to her continuing commitment to clients, Ms. Little has received a number of accolades, such as holding an Avvo "Superb" rating; getting selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America; and earning the highest peer rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell.
Ms. Little finds the most rewarding part of her work to be reaching a solution that exceeds a client's expectations. She has access to advanced resources and tools through her involvement with groups such as the American College of Family Trial Lawyers, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the American Bar Association and the State Bar of New Mexico.
When she is not with clients, Ms. Little delivers lectures and enjoys writing about her practice area. She also serves as a hearing review officer for the disciplinary board of the Supreme Court of New Mexico.
