A partner at Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler, P.C., Brett A. Nadler handles complex litigation for his clients in the New York City metropolitan area. The types of matters he works on at both the trial and appellate level include disputes involving copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and other forms of intellectual property, contract breaches and other business disputes, conflicts between landlords and tenants, insurance company defense and other matters.
As an undergraduate, Mr. Nadler received his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Delaware. After he graduated in 1999, he spent several years in private industry, first as an account executive for a telecommunications service provider and then as a sales representative for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. In 2006, Mr. Nadler decided to pursue a legal education, and he enrolled at Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While he was in law school, he served as an editor of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2009. Mr. Nadler has been with his current firm since that time.
Mr. Nadler is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. In order to stay abreast of current developments in his practice areas as well as to forge connections with fellow attorneys, Mr. Nadler is an active participant in several legal organizations.
