Eve C. Guillergan of Eve C. Guillergan PLLC is a dedicated immigration lawyer with extensive experience helping clients in the New York area with issues such as employer sponsored green cards and work visas, family immigration, deportation defense, and citizenship and naturalization matters.
An immigrant who came to the United States at age 12, Ms. Guillergan developed an interest in immigration issues early in her life. She started working as an immigration attorney shortly after graduating from Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, and now has over 20 years of experience in this highly important area. In her career, Ms. Guillergan has handled many cases involving a wide variety of matters, including corporate immigration, asylum and deportation. Whatever the issue, she is fiercely dedicated to her clients and is committed to meeting their legal needs.
Ms. Guillergan is admitted to practice law by the state of New York and is an active member of local organizations. She has served on several committees for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, including those dedicated to practice management, local government liaison and pro bono work. She is co-chair of the practice management committee for AILA's NY chapter. Ms. Guillergan is also a member of the board of governors of the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York, where she is chair of the committee on immigration.
