Attorney Gina T. Danetti founded her New York City law firm, the Law Office of Gina T. Danetti, in 2006 with the goal of empowering clients from Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx by helping them navigate the complex and often confusing legal challenges presented by elder law, estate planning and disability planning matters. While Ms. Danetti assists her clients with all their needs in her practice areas, she focuses on assisting clients with Medicaid applications and planning, including emergency applications, and helping caregivers file for legal guardianship.
Ms. Danetti began her legal career in 2004 after earning her Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and approval to practice law in the state of New York. However, attorney Danetti's educational background is not limited to law school. She also has a master's degree in counseling and spent over 10 years counseling the disabled, assisting New York residents with obtaining benefits and helping clients prepare for their future needs by developing plans for long-term care.
Attorney Danetti's experience as a counselor makes her a valuable ally for those who turn to her for their legal needs. Her knowledge, abilities and compassion have earned her much respect from both her clients and her peers and have resulted in her receiving a great deal of recognition from the legal community. Other lawyers in and around the New York City metropolitan area regard her as a leader among elder law attorneys.
When Ms. Danetti is not assisting clients, she is still not far from the law. She is a member of several legal associations, including the Nassau County Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the New York State Bar Association.
