Jeffrey M. Rich

With 39 years of providing efficacious and compassionate counsel to clients in their important legal matters, Jeffrey M. Rich maintains consistency in his top-quality advocacy, fighting tooth and nail to get his clients justice and peace of mind. A founding partner at Rich & Rich P.C. in New York City, New York, he focuses his practice primarily on medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, dental malpractice, birth injuries and traumatic brain injuries. In addition, he has handled hundreds of premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and wrongful death cases.

Mr. Rich completed his undergraduate studies in 1982, graduating with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California. He then went on to enroll at the Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he honed his legal talents and reinforced his passion to help those who need it the most. He received his Juris Doctor in 1985, and a year later, he obtained his license to practice in both New York and New Jersey.

No stranger to gracefully handling high-pressure situations, Mr. Rich is a stalwart champion for his clients’ well-being and futures.
