Attorney Kaiser Wahab of Riveles Wahab LLP in New York, New York, practices in a wide variety of legal areas including business and corporate, media and advertising, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finances and technology transitions law. He represents clients, from startup ventures and Fortune 500 companies, throughout all five boroughs as well as in Westchester and Long Island.
After graduating from Cornell University, Mr. Wahab earned his law degree from Columbia Law School. Following his legal education, he practiced intellectual property law at a firm and also clerked for the United States Court of International Trade. Mr. Wahab is admitted to practice in all New York state courts and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Wahab has extended his knowledge of the legal realm into several different outlets. He has authored articles for various publications and has spoken for universities, organizations and events including the Distributed Computing Industry Association and South by Southwest. He also participates in the academic capacity, teaching seminars for groups such as the New York County Lawyers' Association.
Committed to serving his community, Mr. Wahab serves on the advisory board of the Heart Gallery New York City, an organization that assists in finding families for foster children. He also previously served in the role of committee chair for the New York County Lawyers' Association and board member of the Cornell Asian Alumni Association.
