Karin Wolman is a sole practitioner in New York with a business immigration practice focused primarily on individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts and design, and sciences. She provides a wide range of immigration services for institutions and individuals in healthcare, finance, technology and non-profit services. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 1996, Karin speaks at local and national conferences, and has written articles on topics in business immigration and citizenship for AILA, PLI, and other publishers. She has served on a wide variety of committees for AILA at both the New York chapter and national levels, and moderates the O & P visa forum about temporary visas for athletes, entertainers, design and other professionals on AILA’s InfoNet. She earned her B.A. in English Literature at Columbia University and her J.D. at UCLA School of Law.
