Marc J. Bern is a founding and senior partner in the complex litigation firm Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik LLP in New York City. Mr. Bern focuses his practice on representing New York City-area plaintiffs in personal injury cases, particularly products liability and medical malpractice, in addition to mass torts and environmental litigation. With more than 35 of years experience as a litigator and a record of hundreds of successful cases resulting in settlements in excess of $1 million, he has led over 100 cases to a jury verdict.

Mr. Bern is widely recognized for his experience and skill as a litigator. He is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and he has been featured in Who's Who in American Law.
