As a partner at Dankner Milstein, P.C., Marcelo A. Buitrago provides dedicated legal representation to injured people in Manhattan, New York, as well as throughout New York City and the rest of the state. He focuses his practice on personal injury, generally handling cases that involve automobile accidents, construction accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, lead paint litigation, police brutality, improper security and other negligence-related matters. In 2000, Mr. Buitrago earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the Hofstra University Frank G. Zarb School of Business. He then went on to receive his law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
Early in his career, Mr. Buitrago gained valuable experience at two major litigation firms. He draws on this knowledge to help him advocate on behalf of his clients.
