Mr. Paradis graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in economics and finance in 1986. He then went to New York Law School where he served as a member of the school’s law review and worked as a portfolio manager for a financial company on Wall Street. In 1990, Mr. Paradis received his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude.
For over 20 years, Mr. Paradis has represented the rights of consumers in both state and federal courts through the U.S. He is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
Education and community involvement is important to Mr. Paradis. He has served as a panelist on legal discussions such as portfolio monitoring and pension fund trustees. In addition, Mr. Paradis is a member of several associations including the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Council and the Society of Automotive Engineers.
