Philip A. Sanchez, Esq. became a Member of the firm in 2012, bringing with him over a decade of legal experience in both the public and private sectors.
Philip began his career as the Director of the Community Outreach Division at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, where he worked from 1999-2001. From 2001 until 2012, Philip was a partner at the eminent domain law firm of Goldstein, Rikon & Rikon.
Philip has extensive experience in all aspects of eminent domain law. Over the years, Philip has successfully settled and litigated many cases on behalf of his clients in the New York State Courts at both the trial and appellate levels.*
