I am a commercial litigator specializing in torts of competition, with experience taking cases from pre-filing investigation and analysis through trial or arbitration and appeals and counseling clients on how to avoid all of or any of these steps as their needs dictate.
I work extensively in both litigation and non-litigation roleswith online businesses to help them maximize their right make appropriate use of intellectual property on the Internet.
