Thomas A. Moore is an attorney and senior partner at Kramer, Dillof, Livingston & Moore in New York, New York. Mr. Moore has several decades of experience handling personal injury and medical malpractice matters involving birth injuries, brain injuries, construction accidents, wrongful death and more. He represents clients in all five boroughs of New York as well as in Long Island, Westchester and Rockland County.
Mr. Moore earned a bachelor’s degree from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and a law degree from Fordham University School of Law in New York, New York. Throughout his career, Mr. Moore has litigated and settled numerous cases that have resulted in significant financial awards to his clients.
Mr. Moore is highly recognized within the legal profession. He was honored as “Lawyer of the Year” by the National Law Journal two times and was the recipient of the Founder’s Award by Fordham University. He has also been listed as one of the New York area’s top attorneys by New York magazine and included in the publication “The Best Lawyers in America.”
Outside of practicing law, Mr. Moore has lectured for many legal and professional organizations and taught seminars on various legal topics. He also co-authors a column for the New York Law Journal and has contributed to a variety of other legal publications.
