Ylber A. Dauti

Ylber A. Additionally, he is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. His notable results include $11.7 million for a plumber injured at a construction site, $8.2 million for two children hurt in an apartment building, $6.3 million for a subway accident and $4 million for a plumber’s helper. He also achieved the largest reported premises liability settlements in New York state for both 2012 and 2013.

An immigrant himself, Mr. Dauti feels a special connection with other people who have chosen the same path as him. Throughout his career, he has represented several immigrants who were victims of another person’s careless behavior.
