George E. Fufidio is a partner in the Mancuso, Rubin & Fufidio law firm in White Plains, New York. The firm is recognized as one of the premier criminal defense firms in the southern New York. At the firm, Mr. Fufidio focuses on white collar and drug crimes as well as driving violations and driving under the influence cases. His practice also includes a wide array of other areas of criminal defense.
Mr. Fufidio earned his Bachelor of Science from Fordham University in 1979 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1982. He is a member of both the New York State Bar Association and The Florida Bar. Prior to joining private practice, attorney Fufidio worked as the deputy bureau chief in the Homicide and Special Investigations Bureau in the Westchester County District Attorney's office in New York.
He is approved to practice before the state courts of New York and Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Fufidio is very active in the legal community in southern New York. He is a current member and a past president of the Columbian Lawyers Association of Westchester County and a current member of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He serves as an administrative law judge for Westchester County and lectures at Pace Law School. He also served as co-chair of the Criminal Justice Section of the Westchester County Bar Association.
