Mr. Seifer has represented clients with diverse legal needs, ranging from those who are accused of serious crimes including Driving While Impaired (DWI) to more serious felonies and who face the loss of liberty if convicted.  A large part of Mr. Seifer’s practice focuses on the defense of those who have been accused of committing crimes, especially those accused of DWI/DUI.

Mr. Seifer zealously fights to protect his clients’ statutory and Constitutional rights and tries to ensure that they do not get railroaded by a system that is supposed to stand for innocence until proven guilty.

  • Mr. Seifer won a DWI acquittal at trial for a client whose constitutional rights were violated while in detention immediately after being arrested, despite client's BAC level being twice the legal limit., 2015
  • Mr. Seifer won a full acquittal at a jury trial for a DWI client whose BAC was .26 because the State could not prove when beyond a reasonable doubt whether the alcohol was consumed prior to client getting in a motor vehicle accident in a parking lot., 2014

  • Mr. Seifer obtained a $210,000 personal injury settlement for an individual who fell off a ladder while installing an HVAC unit.  He sustained a broken ankle that required surgery.  After other firms in the area told the client that he did not have a good case, the client came to Mr. Seifer, who successfully handled both his personal injury claim and workers' compensation claim that arose out of this accident and obtained favorable settlements for his client in both cases.
