Verdicts and Settlements:

  • Ninety three year old male seriously injured in a rear-end collision.  The individual was a native of Mexico and the injury happened in another state.  Ms. Harris was instrumental in investigating the facts of the accident, obtaining biliqual services for communication, and securing out of state counsel when the trucking company would not pay for the injuries caused by the negligence of its driver.  After litigation, including depositions, the case was resolved by a satisfactory settlement , 2017
