My practice is devoted to families in transition. We help families come together by helping them with assisted reproduction technology (ART, aka gestational carrier agreements), adoptions, paternity matters, and drafting prenuptial agreements. We help families transition apart by helping them through the divorce process, and the many issues involved in a divorce (e.g., custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, and property distribution).
I routinely handle high net-worth divorces, which often include farm, business, professional practices, and intellectual property issues. These divorces are unique and beyond the competency of most divorce attorneys, who tend to be generalists (handling anything that comes their way).
My firm is devoted to helping people, and to working for families. We don't do anything else.

- I routinely represent high net worth clients. The majority of my clients' net worth exceeds $1M. I currently represent 5 clients whose net worth exceeds $5M, 2 clients whose net worth exceeds $10M, 2 clients whose net worth exceeds $20M, and 1 client whose net worth exceeds $100M. I am also one of only two lawyers (to my knowledge) who provide representation to those employing Assisted Reproductive Technologies to have children. I negotiate and draft Gestational Carrier Agreements, and obtain Pre-Birth Orders for both carriers and intended parents.
