Details

From the law firm of Perantinides & Nolan Co., L.P.A., attorney Antonios P. Tsarouhas serves clients throughout Northeast Ohio, including Youngstown, Cleveland and Canton. Over his career spanning nearly three decades, he has been a trusted personal injury attorney and assertive adviser to injured people – not to the powerful institutions or negligent parties.

Hailing from Altoona, Pennsylvania, Mr. Tsarouhas began his higher education by pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in economics and finance at the University of Pittsburgh. He graduated in 1989 and enrolled at the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law to pursue law. He graduated with a doctorate in law in 1994 and became licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Ohio, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th and 6th Circuits, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, Mr. Tsarouhas has been victorious in obtaining millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients in cases involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, defective products, animal attacks, auto and truck accidents, nursing home abuse and more. As a result of that, he was offered membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the most prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States.

Mr. Tsarouhas is an active member of the Akron Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Charles F. Scanlon and Judge Samuel H. Bell American Inn of Court, the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Ohio State Bar Association. He also remains involved in his local community by being part of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association, Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church and the Greek Men’s Club Organization.

Recognized for his in-depth legal knowledge, Mr. Tsarouhas is requested as a speaker and presenter by many professional associations, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Ohio State Bar Association. Furthermore, he has contributed many articles for esteemed publications.

For his professional excellence and high ethical standards, Mr. Tsarouhas was rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest available rating. He is also a recipient of the Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Platinum award and is listed in the American Trial Lawyers Association’s Top 100 Lawyers list.
