Courtney Sutton

Akron, Ohio, attorney Courtney Sutton centers her practice around personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and nursing home negligence cases from the law office of Perantinides & Nolan Co., L.P.A. A Canal Fulton, Ohio, native and a former assistant public defender, she is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida and Ohio.

She passionately advocates for children and their families who suffer from birth injuries and other preventable tragedies.

Majoring in business administration and finance, Ms. Sutton graduated summa cum laude from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. She received her Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law, Chicago, Illinois, featuring on the dean’s list. She was the treasurer of the Decalogue Society of Lawyers and a member of the Joseph Story Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta and the National Honor Society. 

To effectively engage and connect with other attorneys, Ms. Sutton holds memberships in several legal establishments. She belongs to The Florida Bar, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Akron Bar Association’s Health Law Section, the Ohio Association for Justice and The Charles F. Scanlon and Judge Samuel H. Bell American Inn of Court.
