Mr. O'Neil's record is reflective of his two-decade career. He concentrates his practice in representing people who suffer catastrophic injuries. He has successfully argued cases in state and federal courts including the 8th District Court of Appeals, Ohio Supreme Court, and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. O'Neil practices with the Ohio firm of Elk & Elk Co., Ltd., located in Mayfield Heights. He received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and his law degree from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Thereafter, in 1994, he started a successful career as a Dade County Prosecutor in Miami, Dade County, Florida. In 1997, his career progressed to practice law in the civil arena.
