Attorney Profile

Keith has practiced law in Oregon since 2001 and has achieved numerous recoveries in excess of one million dollars on behalf of his clients. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal court systems, including a unanimous $19 million jury verdict.

Only reputable and experienced investigators, engineers and medical professionals are used by Keith to ensure that each case he handles will be properly evaluated and prepared to go to trial, if necessary.

Every year since 2008 Keith's peers have selected him for recognition in Oregon Super Lawyers, published in the Oregonian and Portland Magazine. He has received the highest possible rating of "10.0 Superb" from the independent lawyer rating service Avvo.com and is an "AV" peer rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating for ethical conduct and legal skills.

Keith has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Oregon chapter of ABOTA, an invitation only organization dedicated to preserving the dignity and effectiveness of the American jury system. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of plaintiffs' personal injury litigation.

Keith has served on the Board of Governors of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, has served on Oregon State Bar leadership committees, and has been a speaker and author on various legal education topics for OTLA, the Oregon State Bar, its Professional Liability Fund and the Oregon Law Institute.

Growing up Keith worked many different jobs. As a kid he cut grass and delivered papers to earn spending money. Later he worked at a car wash, a fire department, at an animal hospital, bagged groceries and waited tables. Keith understands the value of hard work and those who work hard to earn a living for their families.

Keith's legal practice is limited to representing those who have been seriously injured and need help getting their lives back in order.
