As principal and founder of Transitions Strategies, LLC, Robin F. Bond represents the rights of people in Chesterbrook, the Main Line and the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, areas. She focuses her practice on handling employment law cases that involve new job offers, negotiations, pre-hire and interviewing, developing and refining the deal, performance improvement plan coaching, post-employment restrictive covenants and their implications, claims for unpaid wages or commissions, severance and other termination situations, executive compensation matters, stock options, equity issues in privately-held companies, and restricted stock units. Ms. Bond also helps clients with business issues such as incorporations and limited liability corporation filings, bylaws, articles of incorporation drafting and starting a new business.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in journalism, with high distinction, from Indiana University Bloomington, Ms. Bond went on to receive a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Through thousands of cases over her career, Ms. Bond has addressed a wide variety of employment law matters. Whether she is reviewing contracts, providing due diligence support or helping business owners develop policies and handbooks, she provides sound counsel that addresses current and future issues. Ms. Bond has represented clients before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
