Mr. Olcott made headlines for his 2012 verdict of $2.8 million dollars in damages and delay damages in a jury trial in Beaver County for injuries sustained by his client in a 2003 car accident. That verdict was one of the largest in Beaver County’s history for a plaintiff injured in a car accident.
Prior to moving to New Castle, Pennsylvania, Mr. Olcott practiced law in the state of New Jersey for 17 years where he was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney. Mr. Olcott is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania as well as before the U.S. District Court Western District of Pennsylvania and the Federal District Court of New Jersey.
