Attorney Alfonso Gambone defends individuals in cases involving drug charges, gun charges, DUI, and variety of other misdemeanors and felonies charges. With his Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, law firm Gambone & Associates, Mr. Gambone is committed to providing aggressive representation to those accused of crimes in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania and in Camden, New Jersey.
After earning a bachelor's degree from Villanova University and a law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, Mr. Gambone chose to enter the military through the United States Army's Judge Advocate General's Corps as a military prosecutor. After finishing his military service, which included deployment to Iraq, Mr. Gambone began practicing law with large law firms for several years. Saying that he wanted to represent people, not companies, he left to found his own firm.
A lifelong learner, Mr. Gambone returned to Temple University School of Law to earn a master's degree in Trial Advocacy in 2013. Mr. Gambone is the author of 2 books on criminal defense which are available free on his website. In addition to his 2 books, he publishes a monthly newsletter and has made over 30 instructional videos on criminal defense. These are all available free on his website.
Mr. Gambone is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and to a number of federal courts, including the U.S. district courts for the eastern and western districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He is also admitted to federal courts in Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Michigan and Tennessee.
