As founder of Gregory J. Pagano P.C., Mr. Pagano represents people throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, including those in the Philadelphia area and in Bucks, Delaware, Philadelphia, Chester and Montgomery counties. His comprehensive criminal defense practice addresses cases that involve the following matters: drug offenses, organized crime, white collar crimes, sex crimes, DUI, vehicular homicide and grand jury hearings.
Active in the legal community, Mr. Pagano is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws and the National Rifle Association.
Adept at every phase of the criminal justice system, Mr. Pagano advises clients through investigations involving the grand jury and federal government. He is able to assess the physical evidence brought against clients, whether it is drugs, weapons or contraband, and determine where the holes lie in the prosecution’s argument. Prepared to point out that witness statements and identifications are often flawed or inaccurate, or that evidence was obtained illegally, he has secured countless acquittals and case dismissals.
Over the course of his decades-long career, Mr. Pagano has served as an advocate for people charged with drug possession, assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, various types of fraud, child pornography, sexual assault and rape. He has taken on tens of thousands of cases that involve matters such as accidental killings, self-defense, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, police organizations and political corruption.
In 1993, Mr. Pagano received a Juris Doctor from the Widener University Commonwealth Law School.
