In 1972, Mr. Cuker earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and graduated magna cum laude from Temple University. He then went on to attend the Villanova University School of Law where he served as editor of the school’s law review. In 1975, Mr. Cuker graduated second in his class with a Juris Doctor and he was invited to join the Order of the Coif.

The child of Holocaust survivors, he has a passion for helping clients through difficult situations. Mr. Cuker approaches every case with compassion for his clients and a drive to hold responsible parties accountable.

One of his most notable achievements involves a case in which a manufacturer had been contaminating the drinking water in Toms River, New Jersey, for years. Children in the area started developing cancer at an alarming rate, spurring a toxic tort. Mr. Cuker has represented clients throughout the process, which was turned into a Pulitzer Prize-winning book.

For his accomplishments, Mr. Cuker has earned the highest rating possible of AV Preeminent* from Martindale-Hubbell and holds an Avvo “Good” rating.

A published author, Mr. Cuker is active in the legal community. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section, Public Justice, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors for Toxic Environments Affect Children’s Health.
