Mr. Warshawer graduated from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He joined Venzie, Phillips & Warshawer in 1976 and is a Vice-President. His practice is concentrated on the fields of construction contract law, including higher ed and public school construction; surety claims; the prosecution and defense of contract disputes before state and federal courts; the use of alternative dispute resolution procedures (arbitration and mediation) to resolve contract disputes; and the negotiation and drafting of complex construction contract agreements. Mr. Warshawer frequently addresses the construction, real estate and surety industries on topics of interest and actively participates in community affairs.
