  • Invited speaker to the Judicial Fellows of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas) with a multimedia, interactive presentation entitled, “Expert Witnesses: When Knowing is Really Half the Battle," intended to bring insight to young lawyers about maximizing the utility of their own experts and neutralizing their opponent's experts. The program covered the use of visual methods of presentation, including photogrammetry, animations, video simulations, and physical and holographic models. The presentation also detailed the importance of investigating experts through publications and public social media, prior reports and testimony, all of which allows for better trial preparation and better outcomes.
