Dr. Wagner went on to earn a Juris Doctor and graduate magna cum laude in 2001 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was invited to join the Order of the Coif and was a member of the school’s law review.

Today, Dr. Wagner uses his knowledge and experience to achieve success in civil litigation cases that require a firm grasp on technical issues involving intellectual property in the electrical, computer and mechanical fields.
