Seth D. Wilson is a partner at the law firm of Morris Wilson, P.C., in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. The firm represents clients in many fields of law, and Mr. Wilson practices primarily in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability and personal injury litigation as well as business transactions and litigation. Representing clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts, he has secured several multi-million dollar verdicts on behalf of his clients.
Focusing on trial advocacy, Mr. Wilson earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2003. Prior to that, he attended Lafayette College, graduating with a degree in International Affairs in 2000.
Mr. Wilson is very active in legal and professional organizations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Bar Foundation. He is a past member of the Executive Board and Board of Directors of the Montgomery Bar Association. He is the Chair of the Association's Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, Secretary of the Trial Lawyers Section, and a past Chair of the Young Lawyers Section. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and American Association for Justice. He is a past editor of the Montgomery County Law Reporter and has been published in Trial Magazine.
Mr. Wilson demonstrates his devotion to the community by teaching a Civics program once a month at East Norriton Middle School. Mr. Wilson is a resident of Upper Dublin Township in Montgomery County, where he lives with his wife and two children.
