James W. "Wally" Fayssoux Jr. is a personal injury attorney at Fayssoux & Landis Attorneys at Law, which is based in Greenville, South Carolina. He focuses his practice mostly on personal injury matters, but also takes on general litigation and criminal defense matters. Serving clients in South Carolina, he has been in the field of law for over two decades.  

Among the cases Mr. Fayssoux accepts are automobile and trucking accidents, wrongful death, Dram Shop claims and alcohol related negligence, product liability, business litigation, eminent domain and condemnation, fraud and intentional torts. With a major in business, Mr. Fayssoux obtained his bachelor’s degree from The Citadel. He pursued his legal studies at the University of South Carolina School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 1999. Over the past 25 years, he's tried cases throughout South Carolina and won numerous notable verdicts and settlements across the state, including three of the top five highest personal injury verdicts in the history of the Greenville County state court system along with  several multi-million dollar verdicts in other counties throughout the State. 

Mr. Fayssoux is a member and past President of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Greenville County Bar Association, the South Carolina Association for Justice and a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
