Mr. Snell began his legal career in 2004 after obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and receiving his license to practice law from the South Carolina Bar. In addition, he is approved to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and both the South Carolina and U.S. Supreme Courts.
