Additionally he is a Life Member of the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.   • Largest known recovery for a living plaintiff in Smith County, TN. Out of state plaintiff suffered a mild traumatic brain injury as well as neck and back injuries. Wreck involved a trucking company that disputed it had any liability for forcing the plaintiff's van off the road. Defendants also stated that plaintiff had "pre-existing back injuries and depression" amongst other pre-existing problems and thus none of the damages were related to the wreck, or at best were only mildly aggravated. Despite the hotly contested issues, a substantial recovery was made for the client after a full day of mediation., 2010
