In 2015, Casey joined the law firm of Bennett, Weston, LaJone & Turner, P.C. The firm's practice extends throughout the country. The practice is focused on the areas of civil litigation, real estate, dispute resolution, business litigation, employment law and municipal law, among others. Casey is a trial attorney and his practice is devoted to litigation. He specializes in business and employment lawsuits, including breach of contract, trade secrets, tortious interference, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment.

Casey also has extensive appellate experience, including two victories in the Supreme Court of Texas. See City of Corsicana v. Stewart, 249 S.W.3d 412 (Tex. 2008) (per curiam) and Denton County v. Beynon, 283 S.W.3d 329 (Tex. 2009).

Casey attended the University of Mississippi and graduated with academic honors (cum laude) in 1999. He then went on to receive his law degree from Baylor Law School in 2002. While at Baylor, Casey competed in moot court and advanced to become a moot court finalist and earn his membership in the Order of Barristers. Barristers include students who are the top 10 speakers in moot court competition. 

Casey is married to Elayna Erick and is the proud father of his two boys, Henry and Arthur. He and his family live in Dallas, Texas and are members of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.
