With 30 plus years of experience, attorney David Kleiman focuses his practice on litigation with an emphasis on construction law, business and consumer disputes, interpretation of contracts, and surety law. After being a partner at a big downtown law firm, in 1999 David and several partners started their own boutique firm. After 17 years with that firm, David recently moved back downtown to join Vincent Serafino Geary Waddell Jenevein PC as a partner.

Mr. Kleiman is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Kleiman is on the American Arbitration Association's panel of arbitrators for construction cases.

Mr. Kleiman has assisted clients in a wide array of legal cases involving issues such as commercial and residential construction disputes, including those involving foundation defects, mold claims and other construction defects. He has litigated disputes arising from construction defaults, product warranty, and interpretation of contracts and agreements. He is admitted to practice within the state of Texas as well as before U.S. District Courts of Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Mr. Kleiman is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. He has published and presented on numerous subjects involving construction law and commercial and business litigation.
