The founder of The Law Offices of Frank L. Branson, P.C., located in Dallas, Texas, Frank L. After graduating from Texas Christian University with a bachelor's degree in 1967, Mr. Branson went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1969. He subsequently received his Master of Laws from the same institution in 1974. Admitted to practice in Texas, Mr. Branson is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 8th Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Branson has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to his plaintiff clients in cases related to utility accidents, dangerous products, transportation injuries, industrial accidents, premises liability, workplace injuries, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect. He also has considerable business litigation experience.
In addition to being listed in Best Lawyers in America* since 1987, Mr. Branson has won a number of awards for his outstanding legal work, including being named the Dallas Bar Association Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2010. D Magazine has included Mr. Branson in its annual "The Best Lawyers in Dallas" list on eight occasions, and he was also honored by the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America with the Teddy Roosevelt "Man in the Arena" Award in 2011.
