Jacob focuses his practice on matters involving private equity transactions and other complex business deals, business litigation, and commercial real estate, serving clients in a broad array of industries, including finance, healthcare, energy, technology, and manufacturing.
Jacob has represented a wide variety of clients in his eight years of practice, including private equity firms, capital managers, investment groups, commercial and residential mortgage servicers, a variety of healthcare providers, alternative credit brokers, commercial landlords, consultancy firms, technology distributors, apparel designers, insurance brokers, software developers, clean-energy tech manufacturers, and oilfield services companies.
