As managing partner of The Law Offices of Jason T. Mackey, PLLC, Mr. Mackey is devoted to representing the rights of clients in Dallas and the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas, as well as those in Collin and Dallas counties. He focuses his practice on serving as corporate counsel for closely held corporations. Mr. Mackey also handles matters that include patent litigation; personal injury litigation; estate planning; real estate, insurance, tax and employment law; and alternative dispute resolution.
After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University, Mr. Mackey earned a Juris Doctor from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1998.
For nearly 20 years, Mr. Mackey has been working with businesses and individuals to address legal concerns and mitigate future risks. Having a strong background in topics such as title insurance closings and advanced tax planning strategies gives him the ability to tackle even the most complex matters.
At the start of every case, Mr. Mackey speaks with clients about their particular situation. He then sets to work developing a legal strategy that prioritizes the best interests of his clients while at the same time targeting potential problems down the road. Keeping the lines of communication open, Mr. Mackey ensures that the people he represents are clued in and confident regarding how their cases are progressing.
Active in the legal community, Mr. Mackey is a member of The William 'Mac' Taylor American Inn of Court, the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association and The Mustang Bar Law Alumni Association.
