Attorney Lindsey M. Rames is the founder of Rames Law Firm, P.C., in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Rames devotes her practice to professional liability and legal malpractice. Representing both individuals and business clients in the Dallas area and throughout Texas, she works with matters involving disciplinary actions, fee disputes and more. She handles civil litigation at all levels of the process.
Along with her experience as a litigator, Ms. Rames worked in the insurance industry, including a position as a subrogation administrator for a national insurance company. She also worked for five years as an adjuster and in-house attorney for a Pennsylvania-based insurance firm. She opened Rames Law Firm, P.C., in 2010.
After earning a bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Dallas, Ms. Rames acquired her law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Texas, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Rames is the author of an article on the topic of legal malpractice that was published in the St. Mary's Journal on Legal Malpractice & Ethics in 2014. She participates in pro bono activities such as serving as district justice for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Ms. Rames is also active in the Dallas Bar Association's legal ethics committee. She was a member of the committee from 2012 to 2016 and in 2016 she became the organization's co-chair.
